How much does it cost?
We price each job on its particular merits. Unfortunately, due to the 4 day application process, we have a minimum charge of £4,500.00 which is applicable to floor areas less then 40 sq m.

Can Pandomo be applied to floorboards?
Pandomo is only suitable for application to concrete / screed. It would crack on a timber sub-strate.

What is the colour range like? Do you do it in...? Do you have a colour card?
There is a standard colour range for this product which consists of 12 colours, although a colour matching service is available for an extra cost. Colourcards available on request.

Can the product be taken up the wall?
Pandomo W1 Decorative finishing render in available for coating walls and vertical surfaces.

Can the flooring be used in a wet area / wet room?
No, Pandomo is not completely impervious to water and should not be used in permanently wet areas.

No, other products are available to create a similar effect.

Stairs can be coated using Pandomo W1 in conjunction with Pandomo K1

How hardwearing is the product?
Although Pandomo creates a polished concrete effect the hardness is more akin to a hardwood floor than concrete. Due to the highly polished nature of the product felt pads should be incorporated under furniture, as you would on a laminate floor, and suitable entrance mats should be used to reduce abrasive grit.

How do you clean it?
In residential situations you simply need to sweep / vac and then mop with a general floor cleaner. Larger, commercial applications may need a more vigorous clean with the possible use of a floor scrubber or scrubber drier. We provide further site specific information regarding cleaning regimes for your floor following an order. The application of a metallised emulsion polish is recommended for Pandomo, especially in Kitchen & Dining Areas.

Can 'Liquid Vinyl' be applied to floorboards?
Generally, no. The floorboards would require boarding out with a moisture tolerant plywood or chipboard prior to applying resin. However, our REG system, which incorporates a 6mm rubber crumb mat, can be applied directly to floorboards providing they were level and free from movement.

What is the colour range like? Do you do it in...? Do you have a colour card?
There is a standard colour range for this product which consists of 21 colours, although non-standard colours are available for an extra cost. Colourcards available on request.

Can the product be taken up the wall?
Coved skirtings can be incorporated to take the flooring up the wall as a design feature. This detail is usually only taken 100mm high, is time consuming and therefore expensive.

Is the product water proof?
Yes, completely impervious, although this can cause a problem when a sub-floor has a damp problem. The water rises through weaknesses in the screed to the surface and exerts pressure on the 'Liquid Vinyl' forming a blister.

Although the product is impervious to water, it is not designed for use in permanently wet areas

Can the product be used outside? Can I have the floor seamlessly extending out onto the balcony?
Yes, but due to increased abrasion and contamination from general dirt in 6 months/a year the balcony will look different to the interior.

Stairs can be coated in a variety of ways following discussion, although they are often time consuming.

How hardwearing is the product?
Liquid Vinyl is a tough floor topping which should many years in a domestic environment, not unlike traditional vinyl but being seamless, has no joints to fail. The floor should be protected from sharp objects, such as damaged high heels / metal furniture.
